I receive many interesting and very flattering requests, from all over the world, regarding the use of my work for free. I'm thrilled that my work inspires. It is meant to.

Here are my policies regarding these requests:

On your website
You may place my work on your website if you:
1) Email me for permission and include the url of the site you would like to use the photos on.
2) Make the copyright, © GAY AYERS, clear.
3) That a link to my site http://www.gayayers.com accompanies every, individual instance a photo is used.
4) No site may use more than the maximum of 5 (five) photos.
5) You MAY NOT PUBLISH IN ANY FORM, SELL, DISTRIBUTE OR OTHERWISE PROFIT from your work derived in anyway from my work product.

A source for painting
You may use my work to paint one, personal copy of an individual photo(s) if you:
1) Ask permission. Please include your mailing address and contact information.
2) Purchase a card for each of the photos you would like to paint. My cards are very reasonably priced at $3.50 each. The cards are photographs mounted on high quality card stock. There is much detail and accurate color in the original photos that can't be captured by a web graphic. You don't want to miss out!
3) Send me a photo or a scan or your finished painting. I'm very interested to see what my work has inspired you to create.
4) You MAY NOT PUBLISH IN ANY FORM, SELL, DISTRIBUTE OR OTHERWISE PROFIT from your work derived in anyway from my work product. This is a clear violation of the Copyright Act.

Students' school/educational projects
1) Email me for permission and a description of your project.
2) Make the copyright, © GAY AYERS, clear.
4) You MAY NOT PUBLISH IN ANY FORM, SELL, DISTRIBUTE OR OTHERWISE PROFIT from your work derived in anyway from my work product. This is a clear violation of the Copyright Act.

Teachers' school/educational projects

For all other art projects, collages, illustrations, etc.
You may use my work for one, personal copy of your project if you:
